I have understood one thing in life that without hope, we could not live a life of peace. Happiness 365 days mission revolves around giving hope to people who are in depression or suffering from chronic disease. Hope is the core of life and it helps us to move forward in the time of despair. Hope to act like a pillar that holds us and saves us from falling apart.
As life is capricious and hard, many times things do not work as we want them to and go out of control. Having hope in heart we can keep moving and fight to make life better for living. Hope is considered as an essence of life and helps to keep eyes wide open for a better future. There is no doubt that many times it’s hard to keep the faith align in critical life moments but people with hope in the core, actually make it till the last.

Hope is a belief system. A spot on belief and hope is indestructible. When you believe that hope is unbreakable you expect good. Your good feelings and intensity of it can change your circumstances and even future. Hope is a deep feeling hidden in your subconscious. How Hope Help the Believer
Hope is positive. When you are hopeful and have positive thoughts you attract positive things in life. It is very simple. When you input good thoughts while having hope in your heart you get a positive outcome. There is no doubt that life is like a war zone. But like everything has two sides so is life. Having hope doesn’t mean that you will never encounter or do not have anything thing bad in life. It makes you strong and able to deal with the challenges in the journey of life. It keeps the faith alive in your heart that if today is bad tomorrow will be good and sufferings will end soon.

Hope is like your mind is telling you to stay strong and expect good even in the time of sufferings. Hope is like a capsule when you swallow it an aura is generated around you and it keeps you away from bad things. Hope will always be the core of life and it acts as medicine.

When hope is so good for us in the long run, how do we increase hope? How do we maintain hope? Here are few suggestions to keep it and increase it for the ultimate good.
- Motivational Speech: follow a motivational speaker; make a habit of reading motivational stuff available around you. Listen to motivational programs and follow a blog or podcast that enhances hope.
- Building a Longer-Term Hope: Engaging in religious activities and the spiritual community helps you grow hope in your heart. Sitting with like-minded people elevates the spirit and helps you understand that there is someone much larger than them.

- Affirmation: affirm positive things and be hopeful. Affirm that everything will be okay and have hope.

Since now you appreciate, the quintessence of hope is always very charming. It’s an encouragement to live life the best way we can. So build your hope tough. We cannot purge the threats to hope. Bad things happen. But there is nothing stronger than persistent hope. Hope will give you the audacity and motivation to stick to your dream as long as you inhale. If you have a strong hope nothing can bring you down. It lets you aim at the sole purpose of your life. The searching trail to our goals and dreams, and looking for heroes of hope. And just conceivably, one day, we too can be such a hero.
